"Every time I walked into the office he was doing something to make the team better, whether it was watching film, sketching plays, or making the practice schedule etc. His attention to detail is a key indicator of how much time he puts into the game off the court. The way he teaches structure on offense and defense was very clear and there was never any ambiguity or confusion which made my job as a basketball player easier.
